To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為做嘢要去到洪水橋輕鐵站附近先有時間食嘢，但係響嗰邊人生路不熟，結果就響最近輕鐵站附近嘅地方隨便搵一間食，門口望落去係有種有少少歷史嘅茶餐廳感覺，入到入邊地方都幾大，同埋可能因為時間比較晚餐早，所以人都唔算多。裏面嘅人都好客氣話我知坐邊度比較冷氣好啲，跟住都會話俾我聽仲有下午茶。啱啱我又係覺得比較早，所以唔想食太多野，結果叫咗一個下午茶嘅免治牛肉飯同埋紅豆冰。免治牛肉返嚟到啲汁都仲好熱，亦都比我想像中大碗，食落去都還可以，有少少偏鹹，但係加埋飯就啱啱好。紅豆冰啲紅豆係會有少少溶溶地嗰啲，啱我口味，奶方面就少少偏淡。整體嚟講都係OK嘅，尤其是洪水橋站附近好似食嘢地方都唔算多，佢又靠近輕鐵站，呢度可以加分。
