To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

排隊排超耐4點拎飛要晚上8時先有得食張飛上寫明過左十個號碼就無得補飛，一定要人差唔多就企門口等，但有時叫得超快，浪費人時間仲有3個號碼到我，就一直喺門口等，見面裏面好多人都係得個坐字，未叫野食，有張枱就本身6人枱，中間有隔板，但由於中間張二人枱未走，佢地想一齊坐，就一直坐住左右兩張枱喺度等，我覺得係員工唔識得變通，既然呢個客想坐埋一齊咪出黎繼續等，比另外2組二人入座我一坐低，就見到個燒烤爐極其污糟，好多污跡，即刻搵員工過嚟清潔，員工話這些要晚上才可擦甩，仲話你燒肉用中間，完全唔影響，但我覺得好污糟。叫咗兩款餐有牛小扒有牛肋肉，質素唔係講到咁高級，好多肉都發黑，不新鮮，好硬，唔會有下次
