To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想去「鍋心」食過暢快粥底鍋既,之前已經去過兩次,兩次都好唔錯!但因為早場太早,朋友們都趕唔切,而第二場要等到8:30至可入座,最終放棄左而上網搵左好多好評既「滿粥」!但佢都只係早左半個鐘開始,即8點至10點!禽晚7:55分已到,先入店報到,話要響門口等叫,期間8點後有兩檯開始埋單,之後有三張空檯,跟住見店員清理檯面,再舖好檯面同擺位,最後所終於等到叫名時係8:20分,叫到最後人地入晒店內時再叫我地入座,五人只有四位座位,話等遲小小有人埋單時可以比多個位我地!我心諗,其他檯都係同我地同一個時段入場,要等人埋單時,相對我地都埋單啦仲話咩到時比番一個位我地!即係講左等如無講!見到個場環境好細好窄!檯與檯之間行入去條隙都係一個身位僅僅過到!我再講,一入場時已經係8:20分,一坐低我地已立即寫紙點左六樣網上人地話必點既美國肥牛、黑毛豬腩片,另外仲有醬爆貢丸、蟹粉蝦子丸、養顏花膠片等!到開始有野放去我地檯面時,時間係8:40分,你可以諗下,明明時間話8-10點既,根本好多時間係浪費既,好似未入場見到佢地鋪檯既動作好慢,可能店員來去都係兩個三個人!到開始上煲等水滾,再有海鮮逐步上檯時都去左45分

仲有每樣野上得好慢,理由係因為廚房得一對手去處理,所以請耐心等候!

慢慢再上一個好似high tea既層塔,放晒大小蜆、鮑魚等!呢個我見上網必post既,男侍應放低個層塔響我地檯後,我地兩個人影左個層塔兩張相,男侍應隨即將就好快將塔上既鮑魚、大小蜆等放到其他碗度後就拎走個塔!我地都好奇怪,個塔係賣點既話,點解一到檯就即刻將海鮮分左繼而拎走個層塔呢?唔通唔夠用怕第檯客又要用海鮮塔?唔係卦!我地當時已係最後一檯客人入座,無理由唔夠用嘛!將個賣點咁快收起目的係咩呢?既然咁快收走,倒不如一開始用碟一碟碟上好過啦!

仲有!男侍應每次用手幫客人將海鮮由塔上放到碗裡面同埋分餐具比我地時,兩手係無戴手套既!咁咪好唔衛生囉!

之後,我想話幾樣必點既食物,包括美國肥牛、黑毛豬腩片,另外仲有醬爆貢丸、蟹粉蝦子丸、養顏花膠片等!其實無咩特別,點解話到咁好味呢!豬腩片每塊有三份二係肥豬肉,睇到都忍唔住要切走肥肉!美國肥牛亦係好普通無咩特別囉!

最後,由於未落肉類個湯底已開始乾水,我地加過兩次水,每次都好少好少,話因爲水多會溝淡左粥底喎!真係水少到差d燶底呢!到食晒肉類要加份粥膽時,男侍應問係咪全部配料落晒?有無咩唔要既?我地話走青,豬油渣分開裝、菜脯因為怕落晒太咸所以落一半可以喇!男侍應聽完表示左一個藐嘴表情就走左!跟住我地響度講,粥底配料一定要落晒既咩?唔落晒唔得?唔落晒就要比個咁既表情客人睇嗎?

我地食完呢餐都唔明白點解人地可以咁讚呢度既食物囉!跟本樣樣普通,同埋粥底根本都無鮮味、芋頭南瓜味亦發現唔到,同埋無咩特別味道!呢度同「鍋心」差得遠喇!人地鍋心個粥底明顯食到係鮮味囉!我地唔會再來第二次架喇!
