Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (金百利廣場)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係好耐好耐無食酸辣粉,以前第一次食既時候, 驚為天人🤓,覺得好惹味好好食😍。 薯粉夠煙韌,酸辣度有勁,配菜榨菜花生都好好味。 諗起都流口水😂😂。不過之後多咗好多唔同嘅米線鋪既出現, 傷心酸辣粉就食少咗好多😅。今日喺銅鑼灣見到,即刻第一時間去 幫襯, 但係發現而家嘅味道已經同以前唔一樣, 冇咁酸冇咁辣同埋油咗好多🙄, 薯粉好似比較幼同淋, 榨菜變得好奇怪, 好長嘅一條條,唔識形容, 冇咗榨菜應有嘅爽脆口感😌。總括真係而家冇以前咁好食, 不至於話好差,但係唔會令我掛住佢😅。
