不常到酒店中菜廳用膳,但帝苑酒店是例外,今次受邀到帝苑軒來個午飯局,吃的是新總廚何師傅的手工新菜鮮菌竹絲雞燉豬展湯: 香氣極重之外,也非常清澈無油,個人覺得以師傅推介的雞縱菌最濃味,當然其他都有不同的嚼勁和香味。豉椒涼瓜蝦球: 大家笑說我未到欣賞涼瓜的年紀,但酷愛海鮮的小比又豈會放過蝦球,咬開爽得卜卜聲作響,要一讚。野生菌木耳蒸多寶魚: 多寶魚的清淡本性配以木耳肉絲調味,魚肉嫩滑、木耳爽脆,這道看似平凡的蒸魚,其實背後也有花過心思。蜆芥薑蔥滑雞煲: 蜆芥向來喧賓奪主,但這道菜的調配很溫和,醃料味道充份滲透雞件中心,大家三兩下的手勢就快快清碟了。魚湯美國菠菜: 菠菜新鮮夠嫩,加上魚湯,賣相可能稍遜,但實力取勝,至少你永遠不會找到腥味,反而想來多碗。金蒜糯米蒸肉蟹: 街外很多時為了飯香,油都下得重手,但面前的一籠糯米飯嚼勁十足,粒粒分明之餘也滲有蔥蒜味。肉蟹確實飽滿鮮甜,愛海鮮的小比,這下大滿足了。這頓飯吃得滿足又開心,感謝KC和Isaac的安排,當然也有兩位美女公關,我要到Fine Foods逛一下了,謝謝大家。
