To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天試了干扁4季豆,像炒椰菜般都很香口。(週六$58 湯飯任添)。。。今天又喝了3碗湯(紫菜花生薯仔眉豆湯)呢~對平時少家庭湯水的我來說是救星呢~上週六則試了芝麻梅醬素菜球,因為天氣太熱,梅子酸甜開人口胃,素球也很香口,但不油膩,讚!上月試了醬爆椰菜(週六$58 湯飯任添)。菜很新鮮,明顯不是超市貨色,有點辣,醬原來是自家以冬菇等材料製作,很香口。今日依然面皮厚,飲了3碗湯先走。無計,d 湯雖冇肉煲,但依然好美味。所以吃得很滿足。之前試的招牌义燒、炸蓮藕片,义燒鬆脆可口,炸蓮藕片亦香口惹味,比炸薯食品更健康。平日午餐只是$45,湯飯任添,有時還有小甜品敬贈呢~之前吃了手工素水餃,很不錯,皮太薄,所以不小心弄穿餃子的話,味道會差了一截。來這素餐廳前,經過觀塘大大小小的吸引,很吸引,但看見素竹林的環境,而且店主亦說因煮素菜關係,以及自己良心關係,所以廚房及餐廳環境都很衞生。而且店員及廚師都恭敬有禮及親切,向他們多要湯飯也不會感不好意思。所以會再來幫襯支持。btw順帶一說,因為店是有做生意老闆支撐住,而且還有使命宣揚素食,所以這店應該仍有排做。(另外4人起就可訂吃私房菜,早1天訂位即

btw順帶一說,因為店是有做生意老闆支撐住,而且還有使命宣揚素食,所以這店應該仍有排做。
(另外4人起就可訂吃私房菜,早1天訂位即可)。。。要找找人腳湊夠來試試私房菜呢~
