To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 華星冰室當然最出名就係炒蛋啦。即刻要點返個常餐。另外仲點多咗個黑松露炒蛋多士。常餐質素一如以往嘅好,最鍾意食佢個炒滑蛋。蛋炒得好嫰滑,仲有啲奶味添。個包亦都香脆鬆軟。至於火腿同埋叉燒通粉貨色一般。但呢啲都唔緊要因為個主打滑蛋已經滿足晒我嘅願望啦至於黑松露炒蛋,佢塗左牛油喺塊面包上面,再擺咗滑蛋,上面仲放左d黑松露。只可惜黑松露嘅味道唔多突出。不過以呢個價錢食到咁多蛋又有少少黑松露,都絕對物有所值啦。假如佢能夠係炒蛋嘅時候加入啲黑松露油就更加不得了啦
