To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上到103樓後在左手邊電梯下去一層,在lounge 隔離環境:在洲際酒店高層,那環境當然是一流的,無敵大落地玻璃,180度海景,訂位的時候一定要要求在窗口位才物超所值。肉質夠林,汁也夠野味👍🏻龍蝦🦞燒賣,裏面有龍蝦肉還有蝦肉及豬肉,材料非常新鮮👍🏻蛋白蟹鉗,很鮮甜新鮮,但價錢偏貴椰子花膠雞肉湯,第一啖椰子湯非常鮮甜,但是越吃越鹹,後來發現因為雞肉是醃過的,而雞肉放在椰子底,所以鹹味是出自雞肉,真的浪費了,不應該放醃製雞肉。好在花膠夠肥厚。翡翠黃金蝦,這個和椰子花膠湯一樣 ,蝦肉過鹹,鹹蛋也不夠香

椰子花膠雞肉湯,第一啖椰子湯非常鮮甜,但是越吃越鹹,後來發現因為雞肉是醃過的,而雞肉放在椰子底,所以鹹味是出自雞肉,真的浪費了,不應該放醃製雞肉。好在花膠夠肥厚。
