To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情關係，周邊多間茶楼停業，3月20日，想飲個早茶及食點心，衹好選擇呢間，離住處最近的酒楼，本來點了，五款點心，但個灌湯餃，靚媽和我都食到有異味，所以即場退貨，而碟牛肉腸粉就，皮厚欠滑衹勝在牛肉較多，味道麻麻，其餘虾蛟，及柚片鮮魷，和帶子擔仔麵呢三樣食品，則味道不俗，尚可一試，反之此店所提供茶葉，卻有驚喜，比一般茶楼優勝，不過當疫情過後，周邊酒楼又回復正常營業，若有其他選擇我和靚媽都唔會再光顧此店！
