RyuGin Specialty -196 candy pear
整晚最期待的就是這道甜點! 用氮氣將食材冷凍至-196C成粉末狀,再將粉末用上梨子糖衣包裹著。用湯匙敲碎後,店員會幫忙放入梨味果醬。果醬有煮得軟身的梨子粒,伴入冰凍的粉末,口感很棒,應該很難在其他地方吃到了!

“Naruto-Kintoki”

最後一道甜品是日本蕃薯及慕士,兩者味道濃郁又甜而不膩,吃一口凍的再來一口暖的,雖然沒有冰凍梨子那麼大的落差,但口感也很好!

這杯飯後送上的一小杯抹茶看來有幫助消化的功效? 表層滿佈泡沫,入口茶味濃郁,是杯好茶!

店員很熱心地推介清酒,因為對清酒沒有興趣,不懂喝也不懂得欣賞,所以便婉拒了。店員後來推介了自家釀製的茶,於是便同意試試看。原以為拿來的會是一壺一壺的茶,怎暁得是用酒瓶華麗的包裹著。店員拿來酒杯,恰恰倒出4杯半滿的茶。茶入口很清淡,味道不怎麼特別,只是結賬後才知道那瓶酒索價近千元,店員由始至終都沒有提及,若能從一開始便送上酒水menu或許會好一點吧!
