To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到山旮旯咁遠一嘗環保再生能源cafe。成間餐廳有無印良品feel，枱椅用翻新木頭，包括舊灣仔碼頭拆卸嘅木樁，份外親切。邊食邊望廣闊既后海灣，簡直心曠神怡，仲可以出露台影海景相，十分推介。cappuccino 賣$28，物超所值，唔會輸蝕一般嘅Cafe。雲石芝士餅$25就係預想中既普通，不過啲人係推介熟食，我太飽就食唔落。呢度記得要預約，有免費接駁巴士往返V city，車程大約半個鐘。導賞團大約45分鐘。係親子、打咭及了解再生能源既好地方。
