To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2018-05-26無限等待的經歷🕗🕢🕘將軍澳哩間分店 假日晚上時段通上好多人,大圓枱唔多 8人以上成日要等好耐 有見及此 今次提早1日打電話去book位.時段分6點同8點兩輪 1.5hrs要交枱 餐廳強調5分鐘內有枱 叫我地要準時8點到. 8:00我地到餐廳 當時好多人即場拎飛等緊位 櫃台叫我等等 好快有 其間,櫃枱叫其他拎左7人枱以上嘅人 分開2-3張細枱拎飛 因為今日大枱full曬 . 8:20我地再問訂11左位既張枱有未? 佢話已經執緊枱. 8:45 櫃台依然話執緊 我地問佢執要25分鐘? 同埋有訂枱都要等45分鐘 咁訂枱用意係邊?當初點解要強調8:05分內會有枱? 佢比嘅理由完全九唔搭八 :今日訂枱既人好少,所以無咩大枱。(⁉️⁉️下⁉️⁉️) . 8:50 經理叫我地入去 比左張6-8人枱 問我地坐唔坐得落 (我地入到去 11位根本坐唔落)然後經理竟然話唔知我地有book位!?!?.最後 我地再等5分鐘左右 先有張12人枱... ... .訂左8點 最後8:55先有枱...真係等到嬲😡😡😡其實已經唔係第一次係咁 12/5 我地一班人由8:45等到9:30 其間佢
