To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港茶餐廳standard service 沙爹牛肉叉燒墨魚頭麵沙爹夠味，調味唔錯，食落去好香口。叉燒份量都幾足，但口感就一般，什至偏梅。墨魚頭就唔夠新鮮，味道有啲失望。衛生方面就一般,明白係喺街市，但覺得可以再改善一下。例如辣椒油個罐好痴笠笠。不過，係街市食風味係好唔錯。講到價錢，呢度有點貴，考慮到食物質素，感覺還好。如果你在附近想隨便食一餐，可以考慮下，無需特別到訪。下次可能會試試同場其他餐廳，增加選擇。

沙爹夠味，調味唔錯，食落去好香口。
