To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳:諸勝堂 (上環)地址:上環禧利街15號地下呢間位於上環禧利街、充滿咗日式風味嘅港式黃店茶餐廳諸勝堂💛,以日本滑蛋同埋叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉為生招牌,平日嘅下午兩三點鐘嚟到,都仲喺坐滿晒人要等位,我哋五個朋友要分開嚟坐,畢竟餐廳都唔算好大🙈自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉 $48呢個午餐除咗有意粉之外,仲有4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋、多士(加$5可以將多士轉奶油大脆豬)、一杯熱飲☕️。老實講叉燒同意粉真喺無咩驚喜🤣,叉燒唔會好韌但有少少乾身,意粉就有啲硬,唯一特別嘅喺個忌廉豬骨湯底,唔會好濃味,豬骨嘅香味加上忌廉嘅奶滑令平平無奇嘅意粉昇華👍不得不讚佢哋嘅4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋真喺做得幾出色,蛋香濃郁,入口順滑,經4.3牛奶炒過令炒蛋濕濕哋唔會好dry;而令一個賣點喺佢哋嘅奶油大脆豬,焗到香脆再加上奶油,夾埋滑蛋食真喺一流🤤
