今晚約了朋友去兆萬食放題,上去openrice睇過這間神戶屋的好評都幾多,所以訂枱試一試。去到之後都要等一等先有位。廚房都忙到踢哂腳。每次去食放題都會先去睇睇有咩野飲同甜品。有我最仲意既烏龍茶,亦有奶凍及韓國雪條等。落單紙有成十張之多,款式都算很多。每枱都會送一份邊爐鍋,我們揀了金菇和牛煲,和牛有點肥但非常嫩腍,有很多蔬菜及金菇,湯底都幾甜。清酒煮蜆的蜆肉無沙,有鮮味及酒味。燒蝦可以任食,蝦肉結實爽口,味道不錯。燒青魚雖然多骨,但外皮燒得脆口,魚肉嫩滑,加點檸檬汁去油膩感。燒菠蘿一舊很甜,另一舊就有就酸,但非常開胃及去飽滯感。燒羊架沒有羊騷味,肉質嫩腍,不過外層有點焦。炒牛柳粒肉質嫩腍但牛肉味比較一般。食左咁多油膩食物,係時候食返點菜,牛油炒雜菜不會太油膩,雜菜炒得爽脆,不會太咸。天婦羅蝦蝦肉爽口,外層粉漿不會太厚,肉質結實。鹵水雞翼是我至愛,鹵得入味且不太咸,雞翼嫩滑。刺身款式超多,剩係蝦都有3-4款,三文魚鮮甜有油脂,威靈魚魚子帶點醃過的微酸,魚肉結實,帶子比較一般,反而象拔蚌很爽口。最後值得一提是上菜速度很快,落單後5分鐘已經陸繼上枱,放到整枱都滿,幾乎無位放。價錢中規中矩,都是
