To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時東大街爆到七彩，今日經過八雲可能因為早，無咩人。呢間八零食左好幾次，保持水準。每枱放有一盤既蛋，係隨便食架！ 係全熟既普通蛋，野食未到前，可以食返隻我們選擇了2人餐 208套餐 選了浦燒鰻魚飯同普通拉麵， 拉麵部分忘記拍照，湯夠濃，叉燒比想像多，而鰻魚飯味道唔錯，比較細盒，如果汁多啲，鰻魚大小小會更好。另外叫了炸雞，炸蝦同餃子 鐘意佢椰菜夠大份，配合沙律醬好好味， 椰菜唔會乾晒水， 炸雞炸得幾好，唔會好油，入口多汁餃子賣相一般但係味道比想像中好，應該係椰菜豬肉餃，唔會太脆成日都有啲肉汁，放耐會變淋，要趁熱食炸蝦一般 ，粉比較多40蚊 厚切三文魚 食落都幾新鮮 可以一試
