餐館環境不算寬闊的「味道樂居酒屋」,擺設很多日本的懷舊物件,我一邊嘗味一邊細賞。我們晚飯的選擇:香炸一口芝士~金黃的炸芝士外型的確吸引。流心芝士燒年糕~很乾爽又不油膩的燒年糕。醬油燒年糕~我不愛吃芝士,幸好還有醬油燒年糕可選擇,它是一種油炸麻糬的傳統日本小食,也是日本人的賀年小食,把年糕炸起,塗上秘製醬油,即成口感煙韌,外脆內軟又好味的年糕。鹽燒厚切牛舌串~鹽燒牛舌味道鹹香,味道挺吸引,厚切的牛舌更有嚼勁口感。 七味唐揚魷魚鬚~炸漿很酥脆,魷魚鬚又軟滑,配合七味粉調味更具日式風味。野菜牛肉烏冬~日式料理必吃名物,肥牛配多款蔬菜的鮮味湯底掛烏冬吃,味道特別清甜。煙肉櫻花蝦炒飯~色香味俱佳又材料豐富的炒飯,很滿意! 美國牛柳粒糖心蛋石鍋飯~牛柳粒很軟滑,肉汁與醬汁沁入飯粒,味道十分誘人,糖心蛋也令石鍋飯層次展現更完美!
