Restaurant: On-Yasai (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前成日見到溫野菜好多人推介,成日都大排長龍,搞到我都好想試吓,近日有個好鐘意打邊爐嘅好朋友生日,所以一致決定嚟呢度打邊爐。好彩我哋有事先book左位,如果唔係就有排都未入得去食。去到同職員講我哋book咗位,好快佢就帶咗我哋入去坐低。入邊環境都唔錯,張枱都幾大,可以放多一些食物。我哋總共有四個人,大家都叫咗唔同嘅湯底,分別有鰹魚湯、豆腐湯同埋蕃茄湯。個人認為堅魚湯最好味,開頭清清地,但煲到最尾嘅時候有啲似壽喜燒,啲火鍋材料都算新鮮,但可惜份量唔多。
