平時甚少會去西環,時常覺得又遠又無野玩,但今日我過黎探朋友,所以黎到依個陌生小區,晚上同朋友食飯,佢帶我黎依間燒肉店食晚餐門面店內裝修都同平時新式燒肉店同一格局 (店內餐廳相,如無就delete哩句)因為我地唔算好餓,所以我地叫左兩款燒肉同一份丼飯。黑豚腩肉厚切原燒: 腩肉厚身,用左少許既鹽同胡椒約略醃過,腩肉上有已切一條條既刀紋,方便燒烤個陣容易燒熟入面,燒完後再用交剪剪開一塊塊,由於我控制既火候實在拿捏得太好豚肉燒得金黃香口,皮帶點脆,食落幾多肉汁同啖啖肉A5霜降和牛肉眼扒: 真係好大塊,淨係賣相已經好靚好吸引,我地叫左燒肉汁,和牛燒幾下就熟,好濃郁既牛肉味,連燒肉汁既味道好惹味同好Juicy,唔需要點醬汁已經好好味,不虧為A5和牛黑豚生薑燒丼: 丼飯份量都幾多,薄切豚肉入口滿滿燒汁,連洋蔥同少許薑絲一齊食,味道帶少少甜味,都幾好食
