細佬跟我同月生日,才剛慶祝完細佬生日接著就開始自己的生日週。7月時肥boy很滿意他的Omakase生日飯,他說到我生日也要找一家不錯Omakase餐廳給我。一直故作神秘的他完全不肯透露丁點消息,直到生日這晚,他帶我到滝壽司,實在令我又驚又喜呢。早有留意過滝壽司是一家Fine Dining餐廳,又設店於銅鑼灣,質素絕對有保証。這晚跟他在銅鑼灣會合準時7點到達餐廳。食客圍繞著三位師傳而坐,周圍燈光較暗,感覺型格。三位師傳這晚負責我們差不多共十位食客,而擔當我們這晚的料理就是HIN師傅,他會先詢問我們有否魚鮮是不吃的、又會講解Omakase Set中價位與菜式分別再讓我們選擇。不過肥BOY一早讓餐牌給拿走,說要拿主意給我發辦,我負責安坐位中慢慢吃。所以我也只好從師傅口中得知,Omakase Set有分三款名為櫻、薰及楓,基本大概是前菜刺身壽司甜品,隨價錢而上會有熟食一款及兩款。而這晚的熟食是牛油燒大蜆配青檸泡泡、另一款是燒帶子、咸粟米雪糕、茄子。我們點的是Kaede 楓套餐有熟食兩款。師傅先給我們鱈魚片作餐前小吃。配著熱茶,肥BOY跟我碰杯說句生日快樂我又加一歲。望著師傅在面前整弄食材,再夾
