Australian Wagyu beef, was quite good. It was less fatty than expected, and more chewy than expected, overall I thought it had a strong beef flavour and despite the actual fat did not melt in my mouth, it was soft.

Ginger Pork Ball, was super rare and yum! Intense ginger flavour which exceeded my expectation, recommend to take from the appetiser and vegetable station outside!
