近期人氣高企既餐廳,位於新商場圍方,標榜手打烏冬。於星期一平日趁熱鬧,估唔到下午2:40 仍然有好多人排隊,等左足足一個鐘先入到去食烏冬,自己填寫menu. 但店員服務好有禮又殷勤,笑容滿面👍原來店有幾位日本人侍應,聽唔明中文的。❇️黑豚肉煮烏冬配老店傳統味噌湯底+雞蛋+燒地雞手羽(雞翼)🌀滿心期待的烏冬,賣相很普通,不吸引,雞蛋被烏冬,遮蓋左😌,味噌湯底偏鹹帶點苦澀,有d 失望,材料除左有豚肉,仲有好多腐皮,味道正常,至於烏冬係以麵粉手打成,所以咬口非常煙韌👍🌀 燒地雞手羽(雞翼)味道甜甜地,最好食😋👍❇️親子煮烏冬配咖哩湯底+年糕+蝦天婦羅🌀親子竟然冇雞肉,只有好多腐皮😌,咖哩湯底比味噌湯底好味少少🤏 至於年糕平凡到極點,只係一舊麵團😌🌀蝦天婦罹新鮮炸出黎,熱辣辣好脆👍✨總括而言,食過一次就夠,並唔係想像中甘正,唔值得用一小時排隊去食,完!
