今日係四月份既頭幾日,亦係我出左糧既日子,工作咁辛苦咁大壓力,我既減壓方法,就係食好嘢啦。今日我就book左依間由日本師傅主理的廚師發辦,用我微弱既日文知識,努力交流下啦。依到既Omakase好掋食,有分兩個價錢,包涵好多款嘢食,我都好少食過一間份量如此豐富既廚師發辦。前菜有5種,有蛋卷,炸魚,松前漬等等,炸魚竟然係冷菜,入口涼嫁,令我好驚喜。蛋卷就加左黑松露,好有香氣。刺身有 牡丹蝦,間八,立魚,左囗魚,賣相都好得體。牡丹蝦一早拆晒,仲放有魚子,間八同立魚都好結實,魚肉鮮美,無多加調味已經好食。依兩隻生蠔,黎自北海道,生蠔都好大隻,最特別係用小酒杯裝住啲酒黎食,正。壽司有成十件,件件都好正嫁。松葉蟹壽司好鮮甜,海水味好足好濃,完全係啖啖肉。鳥貝壽司就夠生動,師傅一拍一打,貝肉收縮,好得意呀。炙燒金目鯛,燒後魚味濃郁,好好味喎。最後仲有湯同柚子雪葩。估吾到個湯入面有粒肉丸,肉丸好鬆軟,個湯好滑好有魚鮮!
