呢日同男朋友係尖沙咀睇完婚紗餓餓地,唔想食韓國菜,見到呢間新開既拉麵店,門口有d雜誌介紹,見裝修都幾有特色就走左入去。可能因為下午茶時段所以唔算好多人,原本想求其食碗麵就閃,但店長就好細心(哈哈,其實都幾長氣)咁介紹。我唔係一個食家,所以對拉麵其實唔係咁熟悉,店長話佢地賣既係北海道札幌拉麵,配方同原料都係由北海道入口,仲係無落味精咁話。除左拉麵佢仲介紹我地食昆布漬,話佢地用既羅臼昆布係日本被稱為王者昆布,唔係咁易入到貨。但點講都要食左先知。我地卒之order左一碗真拉麵、一碗海拉麵同一份昆布漬。昆布漬先到,要既係柚子味,清清地唔會遮左昆布既清香,食落同一般昆布的確有d唔同,佢係比較爽脆,仲唔潺,好味。過左一陣我碗真拉麵就送到面前,店長好客氣話因為配料要逐份炒所以要等耐d。人地話西山拉麵好出名,我食落又真係幾好味,最緊要係食到最尾d麵都無淋,你知女仔食野耐架啦。佢地既叉燒唔係好似五花腩果d,而係比較瘦既。我自己就鍾意瘦d,況且佢地既叉燒有咬口得黎都好嫩滑。過左五分鐘男朋友碗海拉麵又到喇。蝦唔算大但都好入味($88應該唔係日本蝦掛,哈哈),有d淡淡既清酒味,我男朋友好鍾意,我自己因為唔鍾意

呢餐飯我都幾滿意,應該會再黎幫親。不過有一點意見,碗麵對女仔黎講實在係太大碗喇!
