日本過新年習俗—— 食「御節」日本人通常自己喺屋企整,好彩喺香港比較地道嘅日本餐廳都有得食。已經第二年嚟呢度食新年1月1日限定「御節」嚟應下節。一日有三輪: 8am/9am/10am我哋book左第三輪,相中係第二輪嘅食客,其實唔只係日本人,好多香港人都會專登以日本形式慶新年。唔好以為menu列左廿幾樣嘢出嚟就會好多,其實一個餐盆就載得晒。唔好以為呢個set好似好細唔夠食,其實食完個年糕湯就已經開始飽😅廿幾款野每樣一人一件… 一家四口,甚至如果一家只得兩口嘅話,真係睬佢都傻。所以日本宜家有好多店舖都有唔同分量嘅現成「御節」提供放便客人一買即食。就好似我哋嘅盆菜咁。又或者日本煮婦們會去超市熟食部買一pack pack現成餸菜,返到屋企擺返落個盒到就當係自己整🤣每位客人都會有個載咗「樽酒」嘅木枡。枡角上有啲鹽巴,鹽係古時日本人嘅送酒小食,用鹽令到日本酒嘅味更完整。呢度嘅樽酒好純好易入口,唔苦唔辣喉🤤。一如以往,呢度嘅御節賣相好靚!淨係睇都已經係賞心樂事🥰御節其實係食「意頭」, 一般家庭主婦新年收爐唔煮飯仔,所以御節盒入面通常都係醃製食物,昆布之類黑黑沉沉,凍冰冰但貪佢可以唔駛番熱就食得又可

一如以往,呢度嘅御節賣相好靚!淨係睇都已經係賞心樂事🥰

御節其實係食「意頭」, 一般家庭主婦新年收爐唔煮飯仔,所以御節盒入面通常都係醃製食物,昆布之類黑黑沉沉,凍冰冰但貪佢可以唔駛番熱就食得又可放幾日嘅餸菜。唔會好似omakase咁食鮮味,食驚喜。

不過呢度嘅御節有金泊,有蝦,有1/4隻酒煮鮑魚, 多咗一份貴氣😎
特別鍾意佢哋嘅銀雪魚西京燒,蝦同湯年糕。
