小平津絕對係我係香港最愛既日本居酒屋,每次朋友話要食日本菜,我都必定推薦去小平津。燒牛舌牛舌可以話係我去居酒屋必叫既菜式,唔油膩又配酒一流,雖然今次燒得有啲過左,硬左小小炸鰻魚豆腐呢個算係小平津特有既菜色,係其他店未見過,用清淡既豆腐夾著濃味既鰻魚,面頭再包紫菜炸令成件事變得好清新又好夾,口感好豐富,外脆內軟牛油果炸蝦卷呢個配搭真係好不錯,牛油果同炸好夾,互相提升味道,炸蝦即使卷入飯中間依然好脆,面到既蟹子又脆卜卜,口感好好南瓜沙律必叫的前菜,南瓜味好出好正,整個都係南瓜蓉,加入小小青瓜同沙律醬等燒芝士年糕會配埋紫菜同煉奶比你點嚟食好特別自家製雞丸
