圍方開咗之後,經常見有間充滿的舊日本裝修嘅烏冬店,天天都好多捧場客,所以今日就要去試吓原來呢間喺係喺過江龍喺名古屋相當有歷史嘅拉麵館自家製嘅烏冬,有三款湯底任選包括老店傳統味噌湯,鰹魚湯,咖喱湯我們今次揀咗食老店傳統味噌湯,鰹魚湯另外揀咗個炸豆腐,天婦羅雞翼同埋沙律我自己係食傳統味噌湯底,烏冬用砂鍋上枱一打開真係好香,難怪話係特製嘅味噌湯成個湯好濃郁,加上配上自己手作嘅烏冬彈牙好食鍾意食比較淋嘅烏冬店員仲特登提醒我哋可以喺砂鍋焗多2分鐘可能呢個就係手打烏冬嘅好處可以自己按自己需要選擇軟硬度朋友就食呢個鰹魚湯佢就好推薦因鰹魚汁調校得好啱配上豚肉,再加另外一個炸豬扒味道好有層次沙律配上有炸雞件,清新得來亦都唔太齋燒雞翼外皮好脆加埋啲芝麻咬入去雞唔會「鞋」好食輕輕嘅粉漿,配上蝦,南瓜同埋冬菇。呢個小食天婦羅拼盤一次滿足你唔同心願炸豆腐個豆香好濃郁配上特製醬汁提升左個豆味可以喺香港食日本正宗嘅烏冬睇隊都值得
