今日放工應承老公陪他食晚餐,因為他要去到灣仔見客,要我在修頓球場等他,等候其間,見到一條巷口放有一廣告牌,是食串燒的居酒屋,再行入d就見到一家好有日本feel的叄嵐日本燒鳥串燒居酒屋,一見到居酒屋就好想食串燒,等老公來就一齊入去食晚餐。居酒屋地方不大,但是整體雅潔。特盛灼燒鰻魚飯丼:鰻魚燒得好香,厚肉又大條,可以將整個飯蓋住,因為厚肉,所以肉質彈牙,香料和燒汁好惹味,值得一試。松葉蟹肉蟹籽飯:材料有松葉蟹肉、蟹捧、蟹籽。份量亦是可以蓋滿整碗飯,味道鮮美又有口感,不錯!糯米釀無骨雞全翼:雞翼去骨再釀入糯米,再炸至金黃色。皮脆肉嫩,中間的糯米有口感,好香口!鹽燒海蝦:所有串燒都是即叫即燒,海蝦燒得剛好,在外層灑上少許鹽,彈牙又美味!雞中翼:雞翼已開邊方便燒熟和食用,金黃色的表面香口,肉質鮮嫩又入味。原味小甜薯:甜甜的小甜薯,可以做串燒甜品。荔枝梳打:今月是荔枝時令,特別好飲!
