今晚在銅鑼灣吃飯,這家餐廳的評價不錯。餐廳在裝潢下了功夫,彷彿在日本庭園外用餐,加上仿楓葉,特別有一番風味。餐牌的選擇很多,有刺身、壽司、燒物、鍋物、天婦羅,種類包羅萬有。⭐️Bubble ice tea用槍在飲品上加一個泡泡,賞心悅目。入口有香甜的糖果味,餘韻淡淡茶味。⭐️日本赤鮑魚壽司伴海膽$88赤鮑魚上面有兩瓣海膽,海膽上有金箔點綴,入口海膽甘甜,鮑魚軟腍。⭐️鰻魚牛油果卷$108鰻魚上面有芝麻點綴,鰻魚很厚身,入口香軟。裏面還有牛油果,口感軟滑。⭐️自家制豆乳松葉蟹肉餅$98以豆苗點綴,一個個圓球,炸粉略厚,但入口卻很鬆化,裡面是熱辣辣的蟹肉,有驚喜。⭐️A4宮崎和牛他他配炸甜番薯$158生牛和他她,拌上日本雞蛋,入口QQ彈彈,感覺在吃魚生。加上炸甜番薯片,感覺新鮮。
