今天陪友人逛街,路經太子旺角交界,被這間店的濃烈日本色彩深深吸引,決定一試。松·象拔蚌盛盒:盛盒名傳其實份量十足,除了主打象拔蚌,還有海膽、拖羅、赤貝、油甘魚腩、帆立貝、三文魚、赤蝦、鮑魚等。所有刺身都冰凍鮮甜,尤其是象拔蚌及赤貝,肉身爽嫰彈牙鮮甜。鹿兒島薩摩赤雞腿肉:醬汁香濃惹味,每件雞肉都飽滿嫩滑,外皮燒得香脆可口,值得一試再試。日式蒜蓉帆立貝:帆立貝個頭很大,舖滿羊蔥及蒜蓉,香滑又彈牙,齒䶝留香。鵝肝多士:上碟時多士、鵝肝及配菜是分開的,看口味自由配搭配菜感覺頗新鮮,鵝肝厚身,香味濃郁。雞泡魚乾:魚干燒得香脆,煙韌有咬口,絕對是伴酒良物!
