To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣日式小店我地叫左安格斯牛鍋,安格斯牛含細緻均勻的油花而無過量的殘脂,肉質細嫩多汁,採用牛小排部份, 肉質軟稔, 含豐富大理石花紋, 口感幼嫩, CP值高用黎做鍋物一流,鍋物仲有量大配菜有娃娃菜、冬菇、獅子狗、蒟蒻片、嗚門卷、豆腐,配有白飯,份量十足。跟餐仲配南瓜湯,口感較黏,味道也較為甘甜。另外,我地叫左日式叉燒豚骨湯拉麵,加左4蚊轉贊岐烏冬,烏冬最有嚼勁, 彈性十足。大大塊日式叉燒肉 入口軟綿,肉質嫩滑,肥瘦適中 搭配溏心蛋、粟米等食材,滿足感爆登!
