To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊區街坊茶餐廳早餐的不快體驗

一個周末的早上，因事來到美孚，先行食個早餐。來回穿梭於百老匯街、吉利徑附近，最後來到這間位於美孚新邨內街，就在街市附近的茶餐廳吃早餐。吃的是「煎豬扒+火腿+炒蛋+牛油方包+熱奶茶」早餐，盛惠$34，以一間街坊茶餐廳來說，價錢不算便宜。食物水準一般，質感濃稠的煎豬扒的醬汁帶點兒酸，較為特別，熱奶茶也過得去，滑而不澀，茶味不差，炒蛋則只是蛋皮一塊，水準欠佳。不過自己更不滿意的是這兒的服務，這間地方不細的茶餐廳，侍應人手不足，客人又不少，所以由下單到食物上桌，都等了一段時候，效率實在欠佳，加上這兒的服務態度也不太好，雖然我明白一間街坊茶餐廳不可要求太多，但這方面可還是應該改一下吧！

 不過自己更不滿意的是這兒的服務，這間地方不細的茶餐廳，侍應人手不足，客人又不少，所以由下單到食物上桌，都等了一段時候，效率實在欠佳，加上這兒的服務態度也不太好，雖然我明白一間街坊茶餐廳不可要求太多，但這方面可還是應該改一下吧！
