其實香港已經唔係咁多呢d舊式上海菜館,見到當然試下啦。真係上海人經營的,格局都好傳統。我地點了炒鱔糊同燻魚客飯,好耐無食客飯喇,小時候,住的那裡有一間上海菜館叫上海小館,都時常去食客飯的。先來一大碗黃豆雞腳瘦肉湯,都okay, 不過應該都有味精。炒鱔糊幾唔錯,幾係李順恩說的赤醬濃油,d黃鱔都唔錯。燻魚係橙色的,唔夠正宗喎,食開那些係豉油色,比較香。呢碟燻魚略少,食食下仲發覺係用大魚黎做,come on, 應該用鯇魚架。即刻扣晒分。客飯可選菜飯,個菜飯唔油,仲好大碗。okay!
