呢間老字號係荃灣開左咗幾十年, 佢地主打鹹雞、咕嚕肉及梅菜扣肉等傳統舊派菜。街坊生意街坊價錢, 大部份都係幾十炆貨仔, 當然裝潢也是非常街坊的舊派酒樓格局。梅菜芯扣肉 ($82)今晚生日飯....放肆點也不相干, 扣肉不是用五花腩, 入口雖然腍, 但就冇鬆化口感, 底部的梅菜芯盡吸醬油的鹹香及豬油油香, 用嚟撈飯一流, 醬油汁調較得唔錯, 鹹甜適中, 能加重翻少少老抽就更加好, 不過我朋友話味道唔太傳統喎, 贊成, 傳統會再濃味啲, 偏甜少少同用5層花腩肉。羅漢齋扒仙掌 ($78)掛住傾計, 我好似冇食過仙掌。金牌鹽焗雞 ($128/半隻)鹹鹹香香, 實肉型, 但不嚡口, 勝在有咬口, 雞味唔算好濃, 也不差。脆皮炸大腸 ($90)呢啲先叫炸大腸, 大腸要有小許厚度才會香肥美, 點埋佢個甜酸醬食, 邪惡但很美味。煎炆釀豆腐 ($85)上次食佢地嘅清蒸豆腐好好食, 好有豆味, 今次來試一個炆釀豆腐, 豆腐滑得嚟有豆香, 釀入半肥瘦肉碎更香口, 佢個蠔油芡汁都唔錯, 唔死鹹。
