To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早晨有水準，但人手嚴重不足

喺呢個商場已經無乜餐廳可選擇，譚仔早餐叫做比較有水準，土匪炸醬多士同餐蛋丁都好食，早餐時段未至於有太多客，而且舖面大，多數都不用等位，但人手嚴重不足，無人執枱，落單要等，比錢要等，食完哂成個早餐都未上飲品，催左兩次，個收銀都算反應快，自己入去水吧沖飲品出黎……又試過早餐坐左7-8成客，但樓面得一個員工，落單又佢，執枱又佢，傳菜又佢，接外賣係佢，收銀又係佢，但角落位有個staff 喺度嘆早餐，如入無人之境，雖然人地間餐廳點樣管理唔關我事，但係咪可以安排多啲人手，好多人食完早餐都要趕返工趕返學，所以速度快都好緊要，希望貴公司能夠跟進下呢間分店既情況。🙏🏻
