To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天同媽媽飲早茶。潮庭其實有等位apps ,但諗住兩個人好快有位,就沒有用手機先取票,最後在門口等了15分鐘。全場沒有撘枱,我們坐了張四人小圓枱,好鬆動。早茶時段,點心紙上大中小點一律$22,腸粉特點$28 ,還有早晨孖寶套餐。鳯爪排骨飯蒸飯上枱有煙,好夠熱。一盅飯份量好多,面頭鋪滿鳳爪排骨,排骨不肥,好滑好入味,加左豆鼓好香,豆鼓香浸曬入飯粒。我只是加了一點鼓油入白飯,就夠曬味。鳳爪調味唔錯,這個飯蒸得好。鮮蝦滑腸粉蝦好大隻,食得出係雪藏蝦。腸粉皮唔太薄唔太厚,但上枱已經唔熱,腸粉唔熱就不夠滑。但唔係難食既!如果可以熱一點會好食好多。我常常覺得腸粉,小籠包,湯粉......等食物,夠熱係好重要。個鼓油甜甜地,幾好味加分川弓燉魚頭上枱用錫紙蓋住,一開錫紙有少少煙。個湯聞落去有葯材香,飲落去沒有太濃的川弓葯材味道,好咸,咸味多過川弓味。湯浸過魚頭一半,魚頭有兩件,一件骨,一件肉。魚頭沒有腥味,沒有魚鮮味,只係同個湯一樣的咸味。黑白芝麻糕上下椰汁糕夾住中間芝麻糕,口感幾好,像布甸的質地,不是大菜糕個種硬身。白色椰汁糕,不是好重椰汁。黑色芝麻糕好重芝麻味,咬下去有芝麻粉。甜度如果10級最甜,

整體食物質素有75分,用早市的優惠價可接受。侍應不多,但沖茶,落單,結帳都算快手。水滾茶靚做到,壽眉茶香,食物可以更熱就好。
衛生我給三星,因為枱布有橙色的污蹟,地下都幾污糟,有牙籤有紙巾垃圾。
