To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十年唔逢一閏要返早,當然要食返個豐富嘅早餐先有精神啦。於是落去最新近嘅呢間金記,打開Menu,早餐都有唔少選擇,諗咗好耐,叫咗香草雞扒煎雙蛋拼牛油多士一拎上黎就發現全部食物都係熱辣辣嘅,煎蛋好嫩滑,完全無燶邊,中間嘅蛋黃仲有少少係蛋醬狀態,火侯控制得好好。雞扒亦都煎得好好,size仲唔細,雞皮煎到脆脆地仲幾香口,雞肉仍然保持到鮮嫩多汁。多士烘得好鬆脆,自己塗上的牛油好快就融化,滲曬入面包的里面嘅空位,咬落去再爆返出黎。最後飲埋呢杯濃濃嘅華田,(好耐無見過呢D咁厚身嘅陶瓷杯啦)充滿能量去開工!

一拎上黎就發現全部食物都係熱辣辣嘅,
煎蛋好嫩滑,完全無燶邊,
中間嘅蛋黃仲有少少係蛋醬狀態,
火侯控制得好好。
雞扒亦都煎得好好,size仲唔細,
