Hong Kong Style Tea Restaurant Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港式早餐不外乎都係一個麵配腸仔/餐肉/火腿/蛋再加個包，個包一般都係多士或者餐包，又或者近年大熱嘅丹麥多士，菠蘿油通常都係獨立存在，好少跟餐會有。黎到明珠冰室，今次叫左沙爹牛肉麵，麵底係福麵（比較少見，可能我見識少），牛肉唔會用好多粉去醃。火腿太陽蛋，太陽蛋最緊要有燶邊，蛋白唔會太生，蛋黃完整無爛。重點係跟餐迷你菠蘿油，真係比較少地方有。環境方面係懷舊裝修，整體上都乾淨企理。懷舊冰室買少見少，近年好多都係新派扮懷舊，做唔出嗰種感覺。
