To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

秋天到了，特別想吃火鍋。得悉美心快餐有一個早鳥優惠。平日晚上5時至6時火鍋$58。比原價平了$10。於是今晚差不多六點，便到了美心吃了。我們叫了兩個火鍋。肥牛愛上雜錦鍋及醉雞巧遇阿豬鍋。肥牛愛上雜錦鍋可以選擇沙嗲或者清湯。我們選擇了清湯，因為有小朋友，牛肉份量不少。醉雞巧遇阿豬鍋，湯底比較特別，是花雕藥膳。藥味都算濃，加入了一些杞子，秋冬補身必食。而呢一個火鍋除咗雞件外，仲有豬肉。兩款火鍋都有烏冬，蔬菜等，烏冬份量不多大概只有半包。值得一提是，兩款火鍋都會有飛魚子雞滑及墨魚滑。兩款都好食。最後是餐飲，打邊爐最正就係配上一杯大汽水。 不論是鹹檸七還是雙檸可口可樂都是大大杯，特別滿足呢！
