To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以時代點變,味道始終不變為口號嘅時代冰室,分店都唔少,由於工作地方附近就有間,而且都無太多黃店,所以幫襯都不下數十次,而佢嘅水準都保持得好好,好食嘅繼續好食,難食嘅都仍然難食,好符合佢個口號。蔥油厚切豬扒 伴三眼煎蛋飯 $53可以話係最愛,雖然三隻蛋好似好高膽固醇,但每次最後都會食哂三隻半熟蛋,厚切豬扒先醃過再煎香,口感同味道都好好,豬扒大細都一直保持到,無做耐左就縮水嘅普遍餐廳嘅弊病,而蔥油令豬扒飯更加好食,蔥油處理先加鹽爆香,口感爽脆,另外會有一碗甜豉油,令味道有更多變化。去時代已經只會獨孤一味叫蔥油厚切豬扒 伴三眼煎蛋飯,雖然時代嘅炒烏冬同帶有酸嘅咖哩都唔錯,但始終都係豬扒飯最啱我口味。
