週末嘆 brunch,多少為了那休閒輕鬆的感覺,所以環境必須配合,威靈頓街的 AHA 門面寬敞,幕大的窗戶與開放的入口,在餐廳內用餐不只感覺開陽,同時可以看到街道上熙來攘往的行人,零舍有比人舒適的優越感!高雅時尚的風格,裝潢亦古亦今,拱形天花配藝術家的蜂巢狀吊燈,牆上多姿的藝術畫,別有一番情調。$298 的 weekend brunch set 包括三道菜,另外加少少錢可以有甜品、餐茶或雞尾酒,若然想盡興,加$198 無限量享用酒精飲品。天氣開始有點熱及濕,先嚐杯清新的 Classic Mojito 及 Grapefruit Paloma 最配合。前菜 Lump Crab Cake,煎至金黃焦香,蟹肉都唔少,滴滴紅桑子醬汁令賣相如畫、味道昇華,伴菜沙律新鮮爽脆,同樣出色。另一款 Crispy Whitebait 是炸魚,香脆不沾油,特別地配上濃稠的芝士醬,討好的新口味,煎至微焦的檸檬提升身價,這是看出大廚認真之處。南瓜忌廉餐湯黏稠幼滑,味道清甜,適合春夏。主菜方面,USDA Prime Beef Tenderloin 煎至粉嫩焦脆,外表與肉質同樣出色,鬆軟有肉汁,亦有咬口。南瓜蓉切勿錯
