我要講下佢嘅外觀同賣相。佢哋會將封門柳放喺一個小陶壺度，加上啲特製嘅醬汁同香料，再用煙燻嘅方式封起壺口，令封門柳充分吸收啲煙燻味。開啓壺蓋嘅瞬間，啲煙味撲鼻而來，真係令人垂涎欲滴。啲封門柳本身都做得好得意，個身唔算太大，啲皮厚身肉多，啲肉質鮮嫩多汁。加上煙燻嘅風味，真係好香好特別。食落啲肉帶嘅咸香同埋微微甜味，令人食到停唔住口。
