不知不覺「雲陽」從尖沙嘴的雲陽閣時代搬過來銅鑼灣都有好一段時間,一直都未有再訪。這夜朋友提議一起吃辣,於是我終於動身來到時代廣場10樓的雲陽。雲陽店內裝修走新派、年輕路線,與舊店的風格很不一樣。坊間一般川菜館都走比較傳統保守路線,但一踏進雲陽,昏黃的燈光、色彩繽紛的牆上掛畫、清新青綠櫈配木枱,甚至設有吧枱,讓人感受到這裡的時尚氣氛。這裡的餐前小食並非一般的辣花生或酸菜,而是麻辣爆谷!麻香中帶點微甜,讓我不禁追吃下去。我真想問可否買包回家慢慢吃~大家先吃些點心。鮮蝦小籠包,小籠包皮做得厚薄適中,蝦尾突出小籠包外,賣相頗特別賣相。特別之處是陳醋已經預先注入了這類似針筒的小pump,大家吃之前把陳醋像打針般打入小籠包,幾好玩。不過要好好控制力度,以免不小心一下加入了過多醋。魚香茄子酥,酥皮做得算鬆化,魚香茄子的味道不太突出,食起來帶點點油膩感。乾煸四季豆,四季豆做得頗脆口,帶點微辣,而且乾身不油膩。就算後來放冷仍很好吃。水煮魚片,紅紅辣油下的魚片質感嫩滑,喜歡那麻麻辣辣的味道,很不錯呢。三十三辣歡天雞鍋,據稱用了33款調味香料。雞肉食起來肉質頗嫩,最愛那有層次、但不嗆喉的辣度,比起一般坊間的
