To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日懶煮飯，就一家三口落樓下嘅麗香園冰室食晚飯。晚飯時間餐廳都好多等緊外賣，好彩有位，可以即刻入座。見呢度成日都人頭湧湧，今次第一次食，覺得食物幾好味，吾怪之咁多人。囡囡食得唔多，所以我哋叫咗兩個餐share，有老公鍾意嘅鐵板西冷扒配飯及蒜蓉汁。西冷都算大塊，老公好滿意。佢個餐仲跟一個羅宋湯，味道唔錯。我同囡囡就鍾意無骨海南雞配油飯，海南雞好滑，飯夠香，水準幾高。飲品就叫咗凍檸茶同熱西洋菜蜜，飲品都👌。價錢不貴，近近哋可以再嚟。
