高檔的廚師發板,近期越開越多,已經走進了地舖內,今天路過太子,便發現了這間高檔壽司。特上壽司拼盤$268,海膽、三文魚籽、吞拿魚腩、左口魚裙邊、甜蝦、赤貝、金目鯛、深海池魚、鰤魚。款款海鮮都很新鮮,味道甜美,不過其中以三文魚籽最為有驚喜,因為三文魚籽已經用將醬油醃製過,去除了腥味,增加了醬油的鮮味,這個安排只有在廚師發板才可以享用到。不過有樣東西要改善的,就是紫菜已經沒有香脆,這個影響到壽司的味道。😂😂😂😂😂蔥吞拿魚腩丼$158,吞拿魚腩蓉很厚身,每一口都可以吃到吞拿魚的香甜味道,加上日本米的香氣,是個人的最愛。😍😍😍😍😍
