To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日，行開旺角諗住去支持啲小店。行開女人街，見到呢間焗薯專門店 - 意歐。經過門口見佢裝修唔錯，就入咗去試下。 黑松露白汁蛋碎焗薯 配意粉 ($57)原個薯仔上，上面有唔少黑松露，好足料幾夾，熱辣辣。意粉不過不失，但一樣都係大大份。就算係男仔食都絕對夠飽！飲品加錢轉配特飲(半價)，揀咗熱抹茶牛奶。飲得出係有心機整。 佢仲有啲抗疫小食，價錢都抵。但一個人食，食唔曬咁多，下次再試。食物夠足料，好本地小店嘅感覺。見到隔離枱叫咗個墨魚汁意粉？唔知係咪咁叫，但見對情侶有讚整得好食，有機會下次試試。
