To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貌似呢條街有兩間差唔多ge餐廳，同一個老闆ge，一個叫意日菜，另一個就係米妮去ge意房菜la～！西餐廳入面佢都算係平，咁放工習慣黎旺角食野ge米奇米妮就揀左呢間！叫左個肉眼扒(10oz)同埋千層魚天使麵2個白湯其實唔一樣ge，一個係西蘭花蘑菇忌廉湯，另一個係粟米忌廉湯，前者好飲好多，因為後者個粟米完全係粒狀，個湯完全冇融入到粟米味。肉眼扒完全冇問過要幾成熟，出到黎就知overcook左，同埋舊肉眼扒應該冇10 oz lor…… (上次米奇米妮去食12oz ge係食唔晒勁多)，個扒好薄，加左好多鬆肉粉咁，勁似快餐果d扒餐咁。個餐入面ge凱撒沙律就剩係得一啖份量，勁似伴碟lor，如果係咁少ge，好心就唔好寫出黎話有沙律la，一d誠意都冇。但係個千層魚天使麵真係有驚喜！雖然千層就係得個3層，2層應該係龍利柳，中間果層係煙三文魚，但係個龍利柳有稍為煎香過，入口出面係脆脆地，入面又好滑好香魚味～魚ge份量稍嫌太少！天使麵一向都係白汁好食～好creamy咁，正！野飲叫左茉香珍珠奶茶同金桔綠茶，兩杯都係少甜少冰。一黎到，米妮飲一啖，差d噴返出黎！米妮叫少甜啫，唔係走糖wor…….一d甜味都冇，剩返d
