嚟旺角辦完年貨,順便喺附近食埋飯先返屋企。喺快富街見到有間裝潢優雅嘅新餐廳,以指譬教,以月比法,「指月」,名字甚有意思。細看門外餐牌,店舖主打牛腩粉麵,另外亦有五香牛雜、餃子同椰菜花飯等供應,選擇都幾豐富,啱晒河車,今晚就一於喺呢度開餐。點咗清湯牛腩伊、無米炒飯、一碟煎餃子,另外再加咗幾款小食。招牌蘿蔔清湯騸牯牛腩伊 ($62)  率先送上,餐廳標榜所有嘅食物都無落味精,先呷一口湯底,味道果然與眾不同,濃郁得嚟好清,有層次感。牛腩選用了騸牯牛炮製,騸牯牛即係已閹割嘅牛,食落肉質好鬆化,夠腍、入味又有肉香,蘿蔔亦清甜無渣,連伊麵也恰如其份,彈牙煙韌,掛湯力強,以辣椒油、菜脯及酸蘿蔔伴吃,啖啖滋味。近年好興食椰菜花飯,見到餐廳有呢款「瘦身恩物」供應,當然唔可以錯過。選擇貴精不貴多,只得 4 款,揀咗 XO 醬肉鬆蝦仁無米炒飯 ($72)。 肉鬆微咸、蝦仁爽彈,配上濃香惹味嘅 XO 醬、低卡高纖嘅椰菜花,再以清爽嘅梅漬車厘茄作點綴,口感超豐富。韭菜豬肉煎餃子 ($48)  接著上桌,底部煎得非常香口,熱辣辣,焦焦脆脆,入面嘅餡料比例啱啱好,豬肉新鮮,韭菜辛香味濃,蘸自家製醬汁吃,非常惹味。小

飲品點咗檸檬薏米水 同 山楂烏梅茶,薏米水加入了檸檬,入口酸酸甜甜,健康又養生。烏梅茶味道亦唔錯,生津解渴,絕對係醒胃之選。
