To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事去咗Hilton Garden Inn附近搵食, 隨意之間入咗好味軒。我們三個人點了一個滷水燻蹄及三個小菜, 分別係白切雞, 回鍋肉及义燒炒蛋, 等候食物時廚房不時傳來火爐打氣的可可聲 ... 結果衆人都喜出望外！ 炒的餸菜什有大排檔的鑊氣風味, 白切雞肉嫩亦難得有雞味, 燻蹄不是一般白色那種而是近以滷水烹調, 十分入味, 同事都紛紛追加白飯。有午飯套餐一個小菜連湯, 白飯及飲品, 今天埋單$237, 肯定會再去幫襯！!
