今日係旺角煩惱緊食咩既時候,見到通菜街內有一間小店門口有人等候。於是就上前八下,原來係一間扒房。▫️是日推介生蠔:時令法國生蠔6隻,只有午市才可以以優惠價order 6隻,晚市必須要order 12隻。法國生蠔雖然細細隻,但係肉質十分飽滿而且好鮮甜,帶有淡淡嘅海水味,食落去既aftertaste 會停留口腔一陣時間。▫️主角既巴西肉眼配蒜蓉意粉,好驚喜肉眼居然係用熱石上盤,佢地既熱石係分開一半熱一半凍,煎好左既牛可以放係涷石上,熟度全憑客人自己鍾意,唔會變咗全熟 。另外店員好細心教我煎嘅timing,絕對唔怕手忙腳亂時 Overcook 左塊牛,女仕都可以handle 到。不過蒜蓉意粉就略嫌乾咗少少,但蒜香味十足。▫️燴龍蝦忌廉意粉個意粉一啲都唔馬虎,有半隻細龍蝦🦞係度,誠意之作,龍蝦仔肉質彈牙而且啖啖肉。意粉上再加咗蟹子,估唔到同意粉一齊食係會咁夾,意粉索曬啲忌廉汁再加埋蟹子一齊食,真係超級滿足。▫️菠蘿特飲&雜莓特飲,啱曬我呢啲不嗜太甜嘅人,味道清新,唔會好似其他梳打咁有啲藥水味。
